摘 要：
从河北及云南的不同地区及植被下采集土样。用 4种培养基分离放线菌 ,并对放线菌的数量、组成、形态、细胞壁化学组分等进行了研究 ,将其归属。对两地土壤放线菌物种多样性、不同植被土壤中的放线菌分布进行了比较。其结果表明 :两省放线菌分布具有相似的的规律 ,分别分离到 7-8个属的放线菌 ,但各属比例具有一定的差异 ;放线菌多样性与植被类型具有密切的相关性 ,在所调查的 9种植被类型土壤中 ,季雨林土壤中具有最高的放线菌物种多样性。这些结果为放线菌物种多样性的保育和放线菌生物资源的开发提供了科学依据

摘 要：
Soil samples were collected from various areas and vegetable types in Hebei and Yunnan. Actinomycetes were isolated by spreading the samples on four kinds of agar media. Isolates were identified at genus level by the study of the morphological characters and chemical compositions of cells. They were involved in eight genus. Comparing the diversity of soil actinomycetes from the two provinces, the authors found some orderliness of the distribution of actinomycetes. Correlation between actinomycetes diversity and vegetation was also attempted. Nine types of vegetation were compared. The diversity of actinomycetes was the greatest in soil samples of rain forest. These results provide basis for protection of the diversity of actinomycetes, and also set bases of utilization of actinomycetes resources.
