4LYWB-33型履带自走式联合收割机变速控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对目前国产履带自走式联合收割机变速控制系统的故障问题进行了分析,研究设计了一种新型的变速控制系统。同时,阐述了该新型变速控制系统的工作原理、结构特点以及创新点。通过在联合收割机上配套使用结果表明,该系统能够较好地满足国产履带自走式联合收割机的作业要求,明显降低履带自走式联合收割机的故障率,应用前景广阔。

摘  要:
This article analysised a speed control system fault that domestic track type self-propelled combine harvester happened in work process,designed a new type speed control system.This article elaborated the working principle and the structure characteristic of speed control system and innovative design of parts.after maked in combine harvester,the results show that this speed control system can meet working condition of domestic track type self-propelled combine harvester,obviously can decrease failure rate of track type self-propelled combine harvester,popularizing and applying foreground is wide.
