This paper takes Daheishan Forest Farm in Beipiao City of Liaoning Province as an example to identify and inspect state public welfare forests with satellite remote sensing images It is the final aim to make sure the accuracy and reliability of the state owned public welfare forest identification results, to provide scientific basis for perfection and implementation of public welfare forest compensation scheme
