30g/L甲基二磺隆可分散油悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
[目的]建立了一种可同时测定有效成分甲基二磺隆和安全剂吡唑解草酯的高效液相色谱检测方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C_(18)色谱柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇-酸水(pH值3.0)(体积比70.0∶30.0)体系为流动相,等度洗脱,柱温为30.0℃,流速为1.0 m L/min,在245 nm检测波长下,对样品中的甲基二磺隆和吡唑解草酯进行分离与定量分析。[结果]在上述分析条件下,甲基二磺隆和吡唑解草酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9991、0.9991,标准偏差分别为0.0341、0.0802,变异系数为1.081%、0.943%,平均回收率分别为98.71%、98.82%。[结论]该方法简单快速,准确度和精密度高、线性关系好,是理想的分析方法。

摘  要:
[Aims ] A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of mesosulfuron-methyl and mefenpyr-diethyl was developed. [Me thods ] By reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method, using C_(18) column and ultraviolet detector, methanol-acid water(pH 3.0) 70.0:30.0(by vol) as mobile phase, such as degree of elution and column temperature is 30.0 ℃, flow rate of 1.0 m L/min, at 245 nm detection wavelength, the mesosulfuron-methyl and mefenpyr-diethyl in the samples were separated and quantitatively analyzed. [Re s ults ] Under the above analysis conditions, the linear correlation coefficients of mesosulfuron-methyl and mefenpyr-diethyl were 0.9991 and 0.9991,the standard deviation was 0.0341 and 0.0802, the coefficient of variation were 1.081 and 0.943%, and the average recovery were 98.71 and 98.82%, respectively. [Conclusions ] The method has the advantage of simple, rapid, high accuracy and precision, good linear relationship, which is an ideal analytical method.
