试论阿坝州生态经济建设中的关键问题

摘  要：
二十世纪六十年代美国经济学家鲍尔丁首先使用生态经济(Ecological Economy)这个概念,并逐渐成为一种科学的发展观和全新的经济发展模式。文章立足阿坝州生态区位优势、生态功能特征、主体资源特点及生态建设现状,提出分类区划、分区施策、重点突破等建设措施,并对生态经济评价体系的建立提出科学性意见。

摘  要：
Ecological economy was first used as a concept by Boulding,USA economist in 1960 s,and gradually became a science development concept and brandnew economic development model. Based on the advantage in ecological location,ecological characteristics,main characteristics of resources and ecological construction status,this paper put up such building measures as classified regionalization,different measures in different areas and key breakthrough,and presented scientific opinions on building evaluating system of ecological economy.
