二氧化硅对磷酸、磷铵生产的影响

摘  要:
分析磷矿中不溶性 Si O2 和可溶性 Si O2 (即活性 Si O2 )对磷酸、磷铵生产的影响 ,根据皮埃尔·贝凯提出磷矿中 m(活性 Si O2 ) /m(F) =0 .53较为合适的观点 ,结合该厂使用云南矿、安宁矿生产 2 8% P2 O5稀磷酸时 ,Si O2的分配情况 ,计算出 m(活性 Si O2 ) /m(F)的范围是 0 .53~ 0 .63。若该值大于 0 .63可采取配矿、加适量硅藻土或添加高分子化合物作絮凝剂等措施。

摘  要:
The effect of insoluble SiO\-2 and soluble SiO\-2(active SiO\-2) in the phosphate rock on production of phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate is evaluated. Based on Pierre Becker's viewpoint of optimum m (active SiO\-2)/ m (F) =0.53, and combined with the production of 28% P\-2O\-5 phsophoric acid with Yunnan and Anning phosphate rock in the plant, the conclusion that the range of optimum m (active SiO\-2)/ m (F) covers 0.53~0.63 is drawn. Some measures, such as compounding phosphate rocks, adding diatomaceous earth or highly polymerized compound as flocculant are taken if the calculating value is over 0.63.
