饲料玉米中营养元素的连续测定方法

摘  要:
建立一种新的原子吸收标准溶液的配制方法。采用标准玉米样品代替待测元素基准物质配制标准溶液,利用玉米标准样品和饲料玉米的基体成分基本一致的原理来消除干扰,不必添加任何释放剂。用该方法配制的标准溶液可以连续测定饲料玉米中的微量元素,铜、锰、锌、铁、镁、钾的标准加入回收率分别是97.08%、98.44%、99.75%、100.02%、105.00%、101.43%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)分别为1.62%、1.18%、1.34%、0.31%、2.32%、1.44%。

摘  要:
A new atomic absorption standard solution method was established in this study.Corn samples were used to substitute the standard reference material of the analytic standard solution prepared by using standard samples of corn and feed corn to eliminate the matrix interference components,need not add any free agent.Standard solution prepared by this method can be used for the continuous determination of the trace elements in feed corn,copper,manganese,zinc,iron,magnesium and potassium,and the recoveries were 97.08%,98.44%,99.75%,100.02%,105.00%,and 101.43% with the relative standard deviations(RSD)(n=6) of 1.62%,1.18%,1.34%,0.31%,2.32%,and 1.44%,respectively.
