农产品中维生素B_1与B_2的改进测定法

摘  要:
本文提出了农副产品中维生素B_1的流动萤光测定法。其测定用的激发波长约为365nm,发射波长为455nm;同时采用三点加样法去除色素等杂质除干扰。维生素B_2的测定采用Sep Pak Si柱预处理去干扰,应用径向加压C_(18)柱分离出的维生素B_2由萤光检测,其激发波长为365nm,发射波长为530nm。

摘  要:
A method of fl0w fluorescent is described to determine Vitamin B_1 with 365nm of exposure and 455nm of emanation.The three-standard-addition method was used meanwhile to remove the interferences caused by pigments and other foreign substances. Vitamin B_2 was pre-purified using Sep-Pak silica gel cartridge and then by Radial-Pak C_(18) column chromatography which was determined by fluorescence detection. The active wave was 365nm with 530nm of emanation.
