香型软米恢复系“文恢247”选育与利用研究

摘  要：
为了选育出配合力高的香型软米恢复系,笔者以带有云南香型软米地方品种豪木西亲缘的优质稻滇陇201和恢复系明恢63杂交,再和抗稻瘟病,含有粳稻亲缘的大粒香12号杂交,把控制香味、软米、恢复力强、配合力高、抗稻瘟病等各种性状的基因聚集在一体,经过严格加代分离筛选,首次成功选育出香味浓郁、恢复力强、配合力高、抗病和带有粳稻亲缘的香型软米杂交水稻恢复系文恢247,并获国家新品种权授权保护。以文恢247和龙特浦A配组,选育出香味自然参合型、产量高、抗性强和适应性广的杂交水稻品种特优247,通过云南省品种审定。文恢247的香味性状是由双隐性基因控制,米质达到国家二级优质米标准,直链淀粉含量为16.7%,是理想的香味、软米基因供体材料和选育香型软米杂交水稻的恢复系。

摘  要：
A new aromatic soft hybrid rice restore line Wenhui 247 with rich aromatic,strong restore ability,high combining ability,disease resistant and japonica relatives was successfully selected for the first time and protected by the authority of national new varieties. It was developed through crossing the high quality Dianlong 201 which was the affinity with the local variety Howe muxi in Yunnan aromatic soft rice and restorer line Minghui 63,then and Dalixiang 12 with resistance to rice blast and japonica relatives. Finally we gathered genes with different kinds of characters,including aromatic rice,soft rice,strong restore ability,high combining ability,rice blast resistance and so on,and treat with strict add generation separation and selection. Teyou 247 was developed from the cross of the CMS line Longtepu A and the restorer line Wenhui 247 by author,was a new medium indica hybrid rice combination with naturally aromatic mixed type,high yield,strong resistance and high adaptability,and certified and released to commercial production by Yunnan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in January,2010. The aromatic trait of Wenhui247 was controlled by double recessive gene,and the quality of rice met the second class of state of fine quality rice,the amylase contents was 16. 7 %,which was the good donor material of aromatic and soft rice genes for the breeding of aromatic soft hybrid rice restore line.
