谷物联合收获机脱粒滚筒功耗模型研究

摘  要:
以脱粒滚筒为研究对象,对脱粒滚筒的工作过程进行分析,得知脱粒滚筒脱粒阻力矩如何形成,从而得出脱粒功率表达式;分析谷物湿度变化对脱粒阻力矩的影响,得出谷物湿度与脱粒功率之间的关系,建立了脱粒滚筒的功耗模型。随着谷物湿度增加,脱粒功率先增加后减小。

摘  要:
Based on studying and analyzing the work process of threshing cylinder,the conformation of torque of threshing was performed and then the power of threshing was put forward.The relationship between crop moisture content and power of threshing was fond out by analyzing the impact on threshing torque for crop moisture content change,and then the power consumption model of threshing cylinder was established.The model showed that threshing power increased and then decreased with the increase of crop moisture content.
