国家蚕桑产业技术体系建设5年纪实

摘  要：
国家现代农业产业技术体系建设是现代农业和农业科技创新体系建设的重要组成部分,是提高农业科技创新能力和创新效率的新举措、新机制。2007年首先在水稻等10个农产品的产业链中开展试点,至2008年底全面启动了包括蚕桑在内的涉及50个农产品产业链的现代农业产业技术体系建设,5年来体系建设已取得较大的成就。为客观反映国家蚕桑产业技术体系建设实施5年来的工作和成效,本文以纪实形式,从蚕桑产业调研与体系建设的框架设计、规划与落实、实施进展等几个方面进行专题报道,以期更好地引导国家蚕桑产业技术体系的建设和发展。

摘  要：
The construction of China Agriculture Research System( CARS) is an important component of developing modern agriculture and establishing scientific and technological innovation system for agriculture. It is also a new action and new mechanism for improving innovation ability and efficiency in agricultural science and technology. This project was firstly piloted on 10 agricultural crops including rice in 2007 and then extended to 50 modern agricultural industries including sericulture by the end of 2008,which have made large achievement in the past 5 years. To objectively reflect the events and achievements on technological system construction of national sericultural industry in the past 5 years,this paper was written in the documentary form to report sericultural industry survey and framework design of the system construction,formulation,implementation,and progress of the construction plans etc.,so as to better guide the construction and development of technological system for national sericultural industry.
