微生物发酵稻草饲养家兔的研究

摘  要:
微生物(木霉,自生固氮菌)发酵稻草,代替配合饲料中麸皮量的33—56%饲喂家兔,从总的营养水平以及干物质、粗纤维、能量和蛋白质的消化率来看,其营养价值无明显差异。通过分析,家兔盲肠的微生物中含有较多的自生固氮菌,并有较高的纤维分解酶活性。使有效营养物质含量增加,获得较好的饲养效果。试验证明,发酵稻草可以代替一部分麦麸。

摘  要:
Thirty-six rabbits of identical age and body weight were divided into three groups and fed according to the fomulas in Table 1. Rice straw fermented by Trichoderma SP. IL-26 rind Azotobacter chroococum was added in the feed for 2 of the 3 rabbit groups to replace 33-56% of the wheat bran fed to the control group (traditional feed). The untritive value of the three rations didnot differ significantly , in terms of body weight gain, slaughter measurements and digestibility of various nutrients (Fig. 1, Tables 2, 3, 4). In the fermented straw treatments, there were 254-1253 A. chroococum in one gram fresh cecum solution of rabbit, and the activity of cellulose decomposition was 12,35-16.95 million units: while in the control, the corresponding data were 0 and 7. 3 mil lion respectively (Table 5). As shown in Table 6, the use of fermented straw in rabbit feed could spare cost by 0. 78-1. 34 yuan per kilogram of meat and increase economic benefit by 8-14. 6%.
