阔叶树播种苗的苗期水分生理特性研究

摘  要:
对皂角、合欢、灯台树、黄杨4种阔叶树种一年生播种苗的苗期水分生理特性进行研究,结果表明,4个树种的叶片鲜重含水量在73%~81%之间,各树种的抗旱能力依次为黄杨>合欢>皂角>灯台树;对各树种蒸腾强度的测定结果表明,皂角、灯台树蒸腾强度日变化为双峰曲线,黄杨、合欢为单峰曲线;通过测定皂角、合欢裸根苗的叶和根的水势,进一步证明了合欢的抗旱性强于皂角。

摘  要:
This paper had studied on physiological moisture characteristic of yearling tree seedlings at seedling stage of four broadleaf tree species of Gleditsia japonica Miq, Albizia julibrissin Durazz,Cornus controrersa Hemsl and Buxus microphylla Sieb.et Zucc. The results showed that the fresh weight moisture content(m.c) of leaf and relative fresh weight m.c of leaf were 73%~81% and 70%~88% respectively. The drought resistance of four tree species from high to low was Buxus microphylla Sieb.et Zucc, Albizia julibrissin Du-razz,Gleditsia japonica Miq and Cornus controrersa Hemsl through measuring water saturation deficit, ratio of bound moisture to free moisture and moisture holding force. Daily change curve of transpiration intensity showsed two-humped curves of Gleditsia japonica Miq and Cornus controrersa Hemsl and unimodal curves of Buxus microphylla Sieb.et Zucc and Albizia julibrissin Durazz by measuring transpiration intensity of four kinds of trees. The results further illustrated that the drought resistance of Albizia julibrissin Durazz was higher than that of Gleditsia japonica Miq through measuring of daily change of leaf water potential and root water potential of bare root seedlings.
