雉鸡卵营养成分的测定分析

摘  要:
选用40枚雉鸡卵进行测定分析。其结果表明 :中国环颈雉的每枚鲜卵重量平均30 1克(27 3~32 9克) ;鲜卵中干物质为34 5 % ,水分为65 5 % ;按干物质计算 ,卵壳、卵白和卵黄分别占全卵重量的25 1 %、21 1 %和53 8 % ;卵白干物质中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和热量分别为65 81 %、0 41 %和4695卡/克 ,卵黄干物质中粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)和热量分别为26 75 %、57 21 %和7040卡/克 ;鲜卵中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和热量含量分别为9 78 %、10 79 %和1 ,663卡/克

摘  要:
The pheasant's egg(the number 40) is determined at the study It showed that average weight of each normal fresh egg is 30 1g(27 3~32 9g)in ringnecked pheasant of China,dry matter of fresh egg is 34 5%;water is 65 5% weight of Shell,albumen and yolk takes up whole egg is 25 1%,21 1%and 53 8%respectively CP,EE and Heat energy is 65 81%,0 41%and 4695 cal/g in dry matter of albumen; and in yolk the CP,EE and Heat energy is 26 75%,57 21%and 7040cal/g;and concentration of CP,EE and Heat energy is 9 78%,10 79%and 1663cal/g infresh egg
