农民工回乡创业环境质量评价研究——基于江西省236个创业者的调查数据

摘  要：
建立了农民工回乡创业环境质量期望模型,介绍了联合分析方法的优点及其使用流程,并利用联合分析法对农民工回乡创业期望因子和属性水平进行了研究。通过实际调查及数据分析,得出了创业技能培训服务、税收减免政策、金融扶持政策、项目支持、创业园区成熟度、交通设施便利程度等6个属性水平的效用值,并由此确定了各种属性水平的相对权重。研究结果表明,创业者较重视的是税收减免政策、金融扶持政策创业园区成熟度、交通设施便利程度,而对创业技能培训服务和项目支持考虑较少。最后以某一创业地区的创业环境作为研究对象,运用五点法将创业者对创业环境质量评价进行量化,并建立了创业环境质量的评价矩阵,在此基础上对该地区的创业环境进行了整体评价,为构建良好的农民工回乡创业环境提供参考依据。

摘  要：
The quality expectations model of the migrant workers returning to hometown for entrepreneurial was established, the paper described the the advantages and the use process of conjoint analysis method, migrant workers home business expectations factors and attribute levels of the migrant workers returning to hometown for entrepreneuria were studied. The utility value and the relative weight of entrepreneurial skills training services, tax breaks, financial support policies, project support , the maturity of the business park,and transport facilities were obtained by the survey and data analysis.The results showed that tax cuts, financial support policies, the maturity of the business park,and transport facilities were important foctors, but entrepreneurial skills training services and programs to support were considered less. Finally, a case study of one venture entrepreneurial environment, the quality evaluation of entrepreneurial environment was quantify based on five-point method.The entrepreneurial environment evaluation matrix was created,these effort was for the overall evaluation, and provide a reference for building the good entrepreneurial environment.
