摘  要:
为了对肉鸡选种选育提供科学依据,本研究选择5个不同生长速度的肉鸡品系,相同饲养条件下饲养8周,记录饲料消耗及生长速度,于第8周末宰杀,采集血清,放免测定法测定其中的IGF-Ⅰ、T3和T4浓度。结果表明生长最慢的烟霞鸡具有显著高水平的T3和显著低水平的IGF-Ⅰ以及显著低的全净膛率。动物的生长速度与血清IGF-Ⅰ水平呈现显著正相关,与血清T3水平呈现显著负相关。血清IGF-Ⅰ与T3水平呈现显著负相关。全净膛率与血清IGF-Ⅰ及T4水平呈显著正相关。肉鸡生长速度与血清IGF-Ⅰ及T3水平有密切关系,禽类生长发育的调节机制显著不同于哺乳类。

摘  要:
To provide evidences for improving breeding, five lines of broilers different in growth performancy were selected and bred in same conditions for 8 weeks and then were sacrificed and the serum concentrations of IGF-Ⅰ, T3 and T4 were measured by RIA during the growing period, the body weight gains and food consumptions were measured. After sacrificing, the eviscerated carcass weights were measured. Among these five lines, the line with the slowest rate of growth had the lowest levels of IGF-Ⅰ(P<0.05 ) and the highest one of T3 (P< 0.01). The serun IGF-Ⅰ levels had significant and positive levels with the growth rates and the percentages of eviscerated yield (PEY, P<0.05). The serum T3 concentritions had significant and negative correlations with the growth rates and serum IGF-Ⅰ levels. The PEY had significant and positive correlations with the levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ and T4. The results suggest that the growth rate had tight correlationship with the serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and T3 in broiler. The regulative mechanism for growth and development in poultry be significantly different from domestic animals (mammals).
