植物激素对黄檗幼树生长性状的影响及生物量模型的构建

摘  要:
以黄檗5 a生幼树为材料,对叶面喷施不同组合的植物激素,利用正交设计,研究其对生长性状的影响,并建立生物量模型,结果表明:栽植当年和翌年秋季幼树的成活率与保存率分别为97%和95%,平茬与未平茬在定植2年后未发现生长性状有显著差异;植物激素不同组合处理对幼树树高、地径生长量影响较为明显,3种植物激素对树高和地径生长量影响大小依次为NAA>6-BA>GA3;有效促进树高生长的最佳植物激素配比为NAA200 mg·L-1+6-BA400 mg·L-1+GA3400 mg·L-1,有效促进地径生长的最佳植物激素配比为NAA200 mg·L-1+6-BA400 mg·L-1+GA3200 mg·L-1。地径是影响生物量的主因子,拟合程度最高的一元生物量方程为Y=0.061-0.083X+0.047X2。

摘  要:
The effect of plant hormones on growth character and biomass model establishment were carried on choosing 5a saplings of Phellodendron amurense whose leaves were treated with plant hormones with different combination by applying orthogonal design. The result showed that the survival rate and preserving rate of sapling of the very and next year were97 % and 95 %. It wouldn't find significant difference of growth character by planting after 2 years with stumping or not.There was obvious effect on height of tree and ground diameter biomass of sapling with different combination of plant hormones. The effect of 3 plant hormones on height of tree and ground diameter biomass was NAA > 6-BA > GA3. The best plant hormones combination which can improve height of tree and ground diameter growth effectively was NAA200 mg·L-1+ 6-BA400 mg · L-1+ GA3400 mg · L-1and NAA200 mg · L-1+ 6-BA400 mg · L-1+ GA3200 mg · L-1. The ground diameter was the principal factor to affect the biomass. The one-way biomass equation with highest fitting degreewas Y = 0. 061-0. 083 X + 0. 047X2.
