自然遗产地可持续旅游与社区协同发展——以武陵源风景名胜区龙尾巴村为例

摘  要：
本文以位于武陵源风景名胜区世界自然遗产地内的龙尾巴村为例,探讨了地方社区与世界自然遗产地可持续旅游协同发展的途径。通过实地调研以及对当地居民、旅游经营人员和管理者的访谈,梳理了龙尾巴村参与武陵源风景区保护与旅游发展的历史,分析了武陵源风景区旅游发展和遗产保护政策对龙尾巴村居民的影响,论证了将社区纳入遗产保护和可持续旅游发展框架的必要性,总结了龙尾巴村与武陵源协同发展面临的现状问题,提出了三点自然遗产地社区协同发展的途径。

摘  要：
Taking Longweiba Village, located in the World Natural Heritage Site of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, as an example, this paper explores the ways of inclusive development of sustainable tourism between local communities and world natural heritage sites.Through the fieldwork and interviews with local residents, tourism operators and managers, the history of Longweiba Village's participation in the protection and tourism development of Wulingyuan Scenic Area was reviewed, and the impact of tourism development and heritage conservation policy of Wulingyuan Scenic Area on the residents of Longweiba Village was analyzed. Also, the paper demonstrates the necessity to integrate communities into the framework of heritage conservation and sustainable tourism development and sums up the current situation of the inclusive development of Longweiba Village and Wulingyuan. Finally, this paper proposes three ways for the inclusive development of natural heritage sites.
