摘  要：
游仙区太平镇土地托管中心自2014年运行以来,极大地推动了闲置土地资源的开发利用,并对临镇闲置土地的利用产生了积极的影响。随着乡村振兴战略的推广实施,乡村闲置资源流转开发的政策机遇和市场机遇已经来临。基层政府应充分发挥党委政府的作用,尽快建立起集"信息发布、资源交易、经融服务、法制监督"于一体的乡村闲置资源流转服务平台。

摘  要：
Since the Land Trust Center of Taiping Town in Youxian District was operated from 2014,it has greatly promoted the development and utilization of idle land resources and has a positive impact on the land of town next to Taiping.With the promotion and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, policy opportunities and market opportunities for rural idle resource circulation development have arrived.The grassroots government should give full play to the role of the Party Committee and government, and establish a rural idle resource circulation service platform integrating "information release, resource trading, financial services, and legal supervision" as soon as possible.
