芳樟叶油中芳樟醇的单离工艺条件

摘  要:
为了研究芳樟叶油中芳樟醇的单离效果,以自制芳樟叶油为原料单离芳樟醇,就真空度和回流比等工艺条件对单离效果(即芳樟醇的得率和纯度)的影响情况进行了实验,并以市售芳樟油为原料进行了对比单离实验。结果表明,经过1次精馏,从芳樟叶油中单离芳樟醇的较佳工艺条件为:真空度为35~40 mmHg,回流比为4∶1。按此工艺条件单离芳樟醇,以自制芳樟叶油为原料的芳樟醇得率为86.73%,其芳樟醇含量在98%以上,均高于以市售芳樟油为原料的芳樟醇得率和芳樟醇含量。

摘  要:
In order to study the isolation effect of linalool in essential oil of Cinnamomum caphora leaf, taking self-made essential oil in C. caphora leaf as materials for isolating linalool, effects of vacuum degree and refl ux ratio on yield and purity of linalool were researched, and it was compared with market essential oil in C. caphora(CK). The results show that when the vacuum degree is 35-40 mmHg and the refl ux ratio is 4 ∶ 1, the isolation effect of linalool from essential oil of C. caphora leaf is better through rectifi cation. In the condition of isolation, the yield of linalool is 86.73% and content of linalool is over 98%, which are higher than CK.
