氮素水平和形态对基质栽培桔梗生长及生理参数的影响

摘  要:
以基质栽培的桔梗为试材,研究了营养液中硝态氮浓度依次为1.0、2.5、5.0和7.5mmol/L的氮素水平和不同浓度的硝态氮和铵态氮组合即N5(5.0mmol/L硝态氮)、N4+A1(4.0mmol/L硝态氮+1.0mmol/L铵态氮)、N2.5+A2.5(2.5mmol/L硝态氮+2.5mmol/L铵态氮)和N1+A4(1.0mmol/L硝态氮+4.0mmol/L铵态氮)对桔梗生长及其生理参数的影响,以期确定适宜桔梗设施无土栽培的氮素条件。结果表明:在不同浓度的氮水平下桔梗的根长、根鲜重、总生物量、地上部鲜重和根中的硝酸盐、抗氧化性差异不显著;N2.5的根粗和株高显著高于其它3个处理,但其根冠比最小;叶片中总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量随氮浓度的减少而降低。在不同氮形态条件下,桔梗的株高、根长、根粗、地上部鲜重、总生物量及叶片中的总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和根中的硝酸盐、抗氧化性差异不显著;N1+A4处理下根鲜重和根冠比显著高于其它3个处理。可见,在硝态氮水平为2.5mmol/L,氮素组合为1.0mmol/L硝态氮+4.0mmol/L铵态氮时较适合桔梗设施无土栽培。

摘  要:
Taking Platycodon grandiflorum planted in soilless of vermiculite as material,the effect of different nitrogen levels and forms on the growth and physiological parameters of Platycodon grandiflorum were studied in order to find the suitable nitrogen levels and forms under facilities soilless cultivation.The nitrogen concentration in nutrient solution were 1.0,2.5,5.0 and 7.5 mmol/L,respectively.There were four kinds of different nitrogen form combinations,N5(5.0 mmol/L NO-3-N),N4+A1(4.0 mmol/L NO-3-N+1.0 mmol/L NH+4-N),N2.5+A2.5(2.5 mmol/L NO-3-N+2.5 mmol/L NH+4-N),N1+A4(1.0 mmol/L NO-3-N+4.0 mmol/L NH+4-N).The results showed that under different nitrogen levels,the differences of root length,fresh root weight,total biomass,shoot fresh weight and root nitrate,oxidation resistance were not significant.Under the nitrogen level of 2.5 mmol/L,root diameter and plant height were bigger than the other three,but the ratio of root to shoot was the smallest;the total chlorophyll and carotenoids of leaf decreased with the concentration of nitrogen.Under different nitrogen forms,the differences of shoot length,root length,root diameter,total biomass,shoot fresh weight and root nitrate,oxidation resistance were not significant.But the difference of fresh root weight and ratio of root to shoot were significant under the condition of N1+A4.In conclusion,under 2.5 mmol/L NO-3-N 1.0 mmol/L NO-3-N+4.0 mmol/L NH+4-N was more suitable for the roots growth of Platycodon grandiflorum.
