Application of Packages Checks on Women's Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening

[Objective]To evaluate the value of different packages checks for women's breast and cervical cancer screening in health examination center.[Method]The patients with breast cancer and cervical cancer were diagnosed by professional doctors based on the clinical examination,gynecological examination,breast infrared inspection and liquid-based cytology test(TCT).[Result] From 2007 to 2011,the average detection rate of women with breast cancer was 435 /100 000,and the average detection rate of cervical cancer was 155 /100 000.The rate of breast cancer was significantly higher than that of cervical cancer,and the differences gradually increased with increasing age.Routine examination could detect the abnormalities of the cancers effectively,and serum tumor markers were also important to the early diagnosis and monitoring of the prognosis of cancers.[Conclusion] The health examination center should constantly optimize the appropriate female package checks,promote the use of new technologies and methods,and develop the screening strategies for common cancers in highrisk populations.
