3种萱草属植物染色体核型分析

摘  要:
以3个萱草属植物金娃娃、金针和鸡心为材料,利用改良去壁低渗法,对萱草染色体的倍性及核型进行分析。结果表明,供试的3种萱草均为二倍体(2n=22),染色体基数为11,主要由中部着丝点染色体(m)和近中部着丝粒染色体(sm)组成,核型类型均为2B型,说明它们的亲缘关系比较近;最长与最短染色体比值范围为1.95~2.68,核型不对称系数范围为59.05%~65.81%;按核型不对称系数从高到低排序其进化程度得出,金针的进化程度最高,鸡心的进化程度较低。试验结果可为遗传育种提供细胞学依据。

摘  要:
The ploidy and karyotype of Hemerocallis were analyzed by modified wall degradation hypotonic method using 3 species of Hemerocallis Jinwawa, Jinzhen, Jixin as materials. The results showed that 3 species of Hemerocallis were diploid(2 n=22), the basic number of chromosome was 11, which was mainly composed by median region chromosome(m)and submedian region chromosome(sm).The karyotype type was 2 B, which indicated that they were close to each other. The ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest chromosome ranged from 1.95 to 2.68, and the karyotype asymmetry coefficient ranged from 59.05% to 65.81%. According to the order of karyotype asymmetry coefficient from high to low, the degree of evolution of Hemerocallis Jinzhen was the highest, and the degree of evolution of Hemerocallis Jixin was lower. This experiment result will provide cytological basis for genetic breeding.
