Cd胁迫对受驯莱茵衣藻影响的非损伤微测初步研究

摘  要:
利用扫描离子选择性电极技术对Cd胁迫驯化莱茵衣藻进行研究,发现CC-124型莱茵衣藻在10、100μg/L Cd胁迫长期驯化培养后细胞表面的Cd2+流速由于前期受到胁迫而有所下降,CC-400型衣藻经胁迫驯化培养后并未有明显变化,其前期表面吸附对其表面吸附流速的影响较小。CC-124型与CC-400型莱茵衣藻表面的Ca2+、H+流都不明显,长期Cd胁迫驯化培养衣藻也未见有明显流速,加入高浓度Cd后也未有明显流速产生,细胞表面Cd2+与Ca2+、H+的置换反应并不强烈。根据所得流速数据建立吸附模型,与其他模型相比具有对吸附过程实时监测、不对细胞造成损伤等特点。

摘  要:
Based on the scanning ion-selective electrode technique,the research of Cd stress on Chlamydomonas reinhardtii was developed.The results of the experiments showed as follows:the Cd2+ fluxes of CC-124 mt wild type strain were reduced after continuous stress by 10 μg/L and 100 μg/L Cadmium,which was caused by the previous stress but not change the capacity of Cd2+ reduction.The Cd2+ fluxes of CC-400 mt mutant were not changed after previous stress.The Ca2+、H+ fluxes of both strains were not obvious,and continuous stress did not cause any fluxes.The situation was the same after adding higher concentration of Cd into the medium.The exchange of Cd2+with Ca2+ and H+ was not strong in the surface of algae cell.Using the fluxes data the adsorption model was made.Compared with other models,this model used the data from real time detection and the experiments did no harm to algal cells.
