翘嘴红鲌幼鱼的适宜脂肪需求量研究

摘  要:
该文旨在研究6种等氮等能饲料中,脂肪水平对翘嘴红鲌生长、饲料利用及体组成成分的影响。试验选用平均初始体重为19.36g±2.17g的翘嘴红鲌600尾,随机分为6个处理组,每组30尾,每组设3个重复。采用单因素设计,以鱼油为脂肪源,用添加不同水平鱼油(添加量分别为0%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%)的饲料喂养翘嘴红鲌,试验期60d。结果表明:饲料中脂肪含量为7.14%时,试验鱼的特定生长率最大(1.34%/d)、饵料系数最低,为1.25,与饲料脂肪含量为9.26%组无显著差异,但与其余各试验组的差异显著(P<0.05)。蛋白效率在饲料中脂肪含量为9.26%时最大,与饲料中脂肪含量为7.14%时无明显差异(P>0.05),而与其余各试验组的差异显著(P<0.05)。饲料脂肪含量对翘嘴红鲌体脂肪、蛋白质含量的影响显著(P<0.05),对翘嘴红鲌体水分和灰分含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。用折线回归模型分析饲料脂肪添加量与翘嘴红鲌特定生长率、饲料蛋白效率及饵料系数的变化关系,表明试验中翘嘴红鲌饲料中脂肪的适宜添加量为7.14%~9.26%。

摘  要:
To study the effects of different dietary levels of lipid on growth performance,feed utilization and body composition of juvenile Erythroculter ilishaeformis,an experiment was conducted using a total of 600 Erythroculter ilishaeform is to investigate the effects of adding fish oil(0%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10% respectively)on growth,feed utilization and body composition.The fish were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 3 replicates each(30 for each treatment),lasted for 60 days.The results showed that the specific growth ratio(SGR)of Erythroculter ilishaeformis was highest(1.43%/d),at the same time,Feed conversion ratio(FCR)was the lowest(1.25).when the lipid content was 7.14%,there was no significance difference with the feed of the fat content 9.26%P>0.05),but significantly different with other groups(P<0.05);the protein efficiency ratio(PER)was highest(2.02%)when the lipid content was 9.26%,there was no significance difference with the feed of the fat content(7.14%)(P>0.05),but significantly different with other groups(P<0.05);The whole body lipid and protein content were significantly affected by the dietary lipid supplementation levels(P<0.05),while there was no significant effect of lipid on body moisture and ash content(P>0.05.Based on broken line regression analysis of the specific growth ratio,the protein efficiency and the feed conversion efficiency,the optimal dietary supplementation level of lipid for this diet formulation was 7.14%~9.26%。
