环保型沙生灌木型材的工艺研究

摘  要:
本文以沙柳为主要原料,以水性高分子异氰酸酯胶为胶粘剂,通过热压工艺制造环保型沙柳重组木板材。试验中采用正交试验法,研究了施胶量、热压时间和热压温度3个工艺参数对基材物理力学性能的影响。最终得出较理想的工艺参数为:施胶量为8%,热压温度为130℃,热压时间为8 min/mm。

摘  要:
This article with the Salix as the main raw material,water-dissolved macromolecule isocyanate glue as adhesives,through hot-pressing process manufacturing environmental protection salix scrimber plank.Trials using the orthogonal experiment method,the application of glue,hot-pressing time and hot-pressing temperature three process parameters on the effect of physical and mechanical properties of base.Final results in a more ideal process parameters of glue for: 8%,hot-pressing temperature for 130 ℃,hot-pressing time for 8min/mm.
