摘  要：
运用石蜡组织切片HE染色法对二滩水电站库区瓦氏黄颡鱼[Pelteobagrus vacheli(Richardson)]的性腺发育进行了研究。结果表明,瓦氏黄颡鱼丰满度值不稳定,9月显著大于6月。雄性个体在6月和9月成熟系数波动较大,雌性个体成熟系数为0.834%。二滩水电站的建设对该水域瓦氏黄颡鱼丰满度和成熟系数影响较大,对精巢发育周期组织特征并无显著的影响。

摘  要：
The histology of the gonadal development of Pelteobagrus vachelli in the reservoir of ertan hydropower station was studied.The results showed that the fullness varied drastically,and the value was higher September than June. Their maturity value of male varied apparently in June and September. The maturity value of female was 0.834%. The construction of ertan hydroelctric power station has great influence the fullness and maturity value of Pelteobagrus vachelli,has no significant effect on the histological characteristics in developmental cycle.
