摘 要:
为了明确机械式株距无级调节器在玉米播种机上的工作性能,以本校设计的一种播种机电控株距无级调节器为对象,阐述了其基本结构和工作原理,进行了株距调节性能的分析;以排种器的合格指数、漏播指数、重播指数和变异系数为试验指标,对株距无级调节器的工作性能进行试验。结果表明:播种机电控株距无级调节器工作稳定、播种机前进速度为4km/h时,666.7m2株数为4 000、5 000时的合格指数分别为89.01%、90.00%;播种机前进速度为7 km/h时,666.7 m2株数为4 000、5 000时的合格指数分别为90.65%、90.11%以上数据均达到国家标准。

摘 要:
In order to clarify the performance of mechanical spacing stepless regulator on the corn planter,we take the electrical controled stepless regulator of plant spacing designed by our university as the object,describe its basic structure and operating principle,have carried out the performance analysis.of spacing adjustment And we have performanced spacing stepless regulator tested that qualified to seedmeter index,drain broadcast index,the replay index and coefficient of variation as test indicators.As the results show that number of trees for qualified Index 4 000,5 000 acres are 89.01%,90.00%,which both meet the national standards under these circumstances that sowing electrical control spacing stepless regulator is stable and planter forward speed is 4 km / h;the number of trees for qualified Index 4 000,5 000 acres are 90.65%,90.11% which are up to national standards under the condition that planter forward speeds 7km / h.
