几种植物油乳油对菜蚜的室内毒力和田间药效试验

摘要：

为了明确植物油对害虫的防治效果,分别用浸渍法、喷雾法对菜蚜进行了室内毒力和田间药效试验。通过试验可知蓖麻油、芝麻油、花生油、大豆油、棉籽油、玉米油、葵花油和大豆色拉油8种植物油乳油对菜蚜的室内毒力和田间药效都很理想,其室内药效好于田间。在对菜蚜的田间防治中,宜采用蓖麻油和玉米油乳油200倍液;大豆色拉油150倍液;棉籽油、芝麻油和葵花油100倍液;其防治效果都在80%以上。

摘要：

Laboratory toxicity and field efficacy testing were conducted with dipping and spraying methods,respectively,to determine the efficacy of vegetable oil in controlling Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae.Excellent laboratory and field control of this insect was obtained with 8 emulsified vegetable oils,including castor oil,sesame oil,peanut oil,soybean oil,cottonseed oil,corn oil,sunflower oil,and refined soybean oil (sold as cooking oil).Control in laboratory testing was superior to that in the field.Under field conditions,control required aqueous dilutions of 200:1 for emulsified castor oil and corn oil,150:1 for refined soybean oil,and 100:1 for cottonseed oil,sesame oil,and sunflower oil.Control levels were above 80￡$ for all oils.
