我国生猪期货发展实践与政策建议

摘  要：
生猪价格周期性变动不仅给生猪从业者带来巨大的风险,也给生猪产业发展和社会经济稳定带来许多隐患。笔者系统地分析了生猪期货对于生猪产业发展的重要意义,并梳理了生猪期货的发展历程,揭示当前生猪期货与实践困境及其影响因素,总结生猪期货交易流程和发展生猪期货应注意的问题。据此提出发展生猪期货的政策建议:提高生猪规模化、现代化养殖水平;推进生猪产业链主体利益合理分配,加强产业链间的联系;制定和完善生猪期货支持政策,科学设计生猪期货合约;完善生猪交易机制体系,防范市场交易风险等,保障我国生猪产业的健康发展。

摘  要：
The cyclical variation of hog price not only brings huge risk to the hog practitioners,but also brings many hidden dangers to the development of hog industry and the stability of social economy. This author systematically analyzes the significance of hog futures to the development of hog industry,and sorts out the developing process of hog futures. The author also reveals the current hog futures and practical predicament and their influencing factors,and summarizes the problems should be noted in the trading process of hog futures and the development of hog futures.Accordingly,the author puts forward the policy recommendations for the development of hog futures to ensure the healthy development of China's hog industry,including improving the hog breeding level to the large scale and modernization,promoting the rational distribution of the interests of hog industry chain,strengthening the interrelation of industrial chain,enacting and improving the support policy for hog futures,scientifically designing hog futures contracts,improving the mechanism and system of hog trading,guarding against market risks and so on.
