五种方案治疗犬蠕形螨病的疗效对比

摘  要：
为了探求犬蠕形螨病的最佳治疗方案,试验选用伊维菌素、双甲脒、爱沃克(吡虫啉+莫昔克丁)、尼可信(阿福拉纳)及一锭除(氟雷拉纳)五种药物,采用不同给药方法,通过症状观察评分法对75例自然感染蠕形螨患犬的有效率、治愈率及复发情况进行统计分析。结果表明:口服尼可信、一锭除这两种方案的治疗效果显著优于外用滴剂爱沃克、口服伊维菌素、双甲脒洗浴这三种方案。口服一锭除和尼可信后起效快、疗程短、不良反应小、治愈率高、复发率低,临床治疗效果理想,因此推荐在犬蠕形螨病的临床治疗中优先使用。

摘  要：
In order to find out the optimum protocol for treating the canine demodicosis, five kinds of drugs, Ivermectin, Amitraz, Advocate(Imidacloprid+Moxikdine), Nexgard(Aphrana) and Bravecto(Fluorelana) were selected. Using different dosing method, observing the symptom scoring method in 75 cases of natural infection demodex efficiently, cure rate and relapse of dogs were analyzed. The results showed that the therapeutic effects of the Nexgard and the Bravecto were significantly better than three regimens ofexternal drops of Advocate, oral ivermectin and diphenylamidine bath. Both the Nexgard and the Bravecto have quicker effect, shorter course of treatment, less side effect, higher cure rate and lower recurrence rate, and get the ideal clinical therapeutic effect. Therefore, it is recommended to use in the clinical treatment of canine demodicosis.
