马氏珠母贝珍珠瑕疵的观察研究

摘  要：
为了了解珍珠瑕疵的形成原因,以育珠期为1个月的马氏珠母贝薄层珍珠为观察对象,对珍珠瑕疵进行了研究。结果表明:收获的珍珠样品中95.3%有瑕疵,珍珠的瑕疵主要有尾巴、凸起、黑斑、全污;污斑、尾巴、凸起和全污等各种瑕疵出现频率分别为53.9%、25.2%、19.1%和1.8%,其中,污斑出现频率最大,全污出现频率最小;尾巴只出现在A区和B区,C区、D区、E区和F区没有尾巴出现,在B区出现尾巴的频率大于A区,分别为66.8%和34.6%,其中1.4%同时在A区和B区出现尾巴;凸起和污斑可出现在A区、B区、C区、D区、E区和F区,其中A区出现凸起和污斑的频率最大,E区则很少出现凸起和污斑。

摘  要：
An observation on the defective pearls of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii Dunker cultured for a month in the sea after nuclei-inserting operation was performed to investigate the mechanism for formation of the defective pearls. The results showed the proportion of defective pearls was 95.3%. The defects were involved in tail,bump,dark spot and whole dirt. The proportions of tailed,bumped,dark-spoted and whole-dirted pearls were 53.9%,25.2%,19.1% and 1.8%. The tailed pearls existed in the A and B areas,not in the C,D,E and F areas. The proportion of the tailed pearls in the B area was greater than the A area,with the values being 66.8%and 34.6%. The shared proportion of the tailed pearls in the A and B areas was 1.4%. The bumped and darkspoted pearls existed the A,B,C,D,E and F areas. The proportion of the bumped and dark-spoted pearls were greatest in the A area than the other areas. A small proportion of the the bumped and dark-spoted pearls existed in the E area.
