如何看待我国的低产林问题

摘  要：
在对我国低产林现状和发展趋势分析的基础上，提出要以辩证的观点来看待我国的低产林问题。一方面应看到大量低产林的存在严重地影响和制约着中国林业的可持续发展；另一方面还应看到低产林的巨大或潜在资源性和正在发挥的综合效益。针对我国的低产林问题，建议应首先查清全国低产林资源现状，加强对低产林资源的保护和对低产林问题的研究，对低产林资源应实行分类定向经营。

摘  要：
Under the base of analysing the present situation and the tendency of low-yield forest in China, the dialectical view on low-yield forest is put forward. On one hand, forestry sustainable development is prevented deeply by a large number low-yield forest. On the other hand, Low-yield forest gives us a large number of forest resources and the multiple benefit. Following, suggestions are given, that is, resources inventory, resources conservation, study and classification-oriented management of low-yield forest in China.
