摘 要：
The objective of this study is to determine the effects of adding daidzein in dairy feeds on milk yield, components and hormones in dairy cows. Daidzein was added to the concentrated feed at a dose of 10 mg/kg during the feeding experiment. Results showed that daidzein improved milk yield even during late lactation where milk yield usually fall below the average. Lactoprotein increase (P<0.01), while milk fat was not affected. The level of T4 in the serum increased (P<0.05); the levels of GH, PRL, E2 also increased. It is suggested that thru the addition of daizein changes occur in the hormones of cows which has a direct effect on milk yield and composition..
