论大理海东开发中的森林生态系统规划研究

摘 要：
海东开发承载着拓展和整合大理市城市空间、调整城乡结构、完善城市功能、提升城市核心竞争力、推动全市经济社会全面协调可持续发展的重大历史使命。其目标是依托大丽铁路、大丽高速、环海路、排污干渠等大批市政基础设施投资项目、把海东建成体现园林风光,依山而筑,顺势而居的山地城市;建设成为世界知名,中国一流,独具特色的串珠组团式,集经济效益、社会效益、生态效益于一体的山地城市。本文提出海东片区面山水源林、洱海面山"春花秋叶"景观林营造项目建设规划和思路,以期通过项目的实施,为大理"两保护、两开发"营造生态屏障,达到提升海东面山森林生态景观效果目的。

摘 要：
The development of eastern regional in Dali-Erhai Bears development and integration urban space in urban and rural structure and functions,promotions and the urban core competitiveness and promoting the economic and social overall coordination of sustainable development of important historical mission.The goal is,with the supplement of such infrastructure projects as Dali-Lijiang railway Dali-Lijiang freeway the city road around Erhai and Sewage channelsby,to build up the mountain,over the mountain,city;Build a world,china,its unique string of beads economic,social and ecological and the hilly city.At last,it provide suggestion on the construction project for planning and thought,through the project implementation,and thereafter the "protect Cangshan mountain and protect Erhai,also developing the eastern regional of Erhai and developing Fengyi regional " to achieve the target of protect the forestry ecological landscape of eastern regional of Erhai.
