白羊草成熟种子组织培养再生体系研究

摘  要：
以白羊草成熟种子为外植体,采用组织培养的方法,研究不同种子处理方法对愈伤组织诱导差异的影响。结果表明:手工剥去外稃为较好的处理方式,在愈伤组织诱导阶段,以MSB+2,4-D 2.0mg/L和MSB+2,4-D 2.0mg/L+KT 0.5mg/L诱导效果较好,愈伤诱导率达到70%和75%,经继代后,分化率明显提高。

摘  要：
Using the seeds of Bothriochloa ischaemumas the explants,with the method of tissue culture,the effect of different treatments of seeds on induction medium were studied.The results showed that hand stripping lemma for better processing method,during the callus induction phase,the culture medium of callus induction was MSB +2,4-D 2.0mg/L and MSB+2,4-D 2.0mg/L+KT 0.5mg/L combined complete darkness culture that callus induction reached 70%and 75%;callus differentiation were improved evidence in the callus subculture medium.
