摘 要：
为了探讨反季节繁殖技术对四川白鹅生长发育的影响,试验选择相同日龄的四川白鹅,随机分成2组(反季节繁殖处理组和对照组),分别测定其平均增重、剪切力、失水率和肌苷酸。结果表明:与对照组相比反季节繁殖处理组,平均增重、剪切力、失水率和肌苷酸差异不显著(P>0.05),即反季节繁殖技术不会改变四川白鹅生长发育规律及肉质。

摘 要：
To find the effect of off-season reproductive technology,Sichuan white geese at the same days of age were randomly divided into two groups(one off-season group and one control group).The average weight gains,the shearing force,water-loss rate and the contents of inosinic acid were determined in the two groups,respectively.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the average weight gains,the shearing force,water-loss rate and the contents of inosinic acid for the off-season breeding group compared to the control group(P>0.05).It is concluded that the off-season reproductive technology can't change the law of growth and development and the meat quality of Sichuan white goose.
