摘 要：
当前,我国高职院校把社会人才的培养作为了教学中占有重要的一部分,而综合实训课程的教学也在高职院校学系中不可小觑的地位。还有许多高职学校对综合实训课程的教学持松懈态度,加之社会方面与学校无法达成共识,对学校的实训教学不能欣然配合,学校的师资队伍缺乏专业性,设备方面无法满足实训课程的要求,所以高职学校应全面改变这方面的不足,以达到为社会培养出更多全能型人才的目标。
