大数据背景下的农业科学数据共享研究

摘  要：
在大数据时代背景下,全世界的科学研究必将越来越依赖于科学大数据的使用。作为重要的科学资产和公共信息资源,农业科学数据正在爆炸式增长。因此,整合农业科学数据、完善农业科学数据管理、实现农业科学数据共享具有重要的意义。通过分析大数据时代农业科学数据共享的必要性、面临的挑战以及促进农业科学数据共享的对策,认为农业科学数据的共享离不开国家相关法律法规的制定和科研资助机构相关政策的扶持。国家应充分重视农业科学数据共享的战略地位,解决农业科学数据产权保护的问题,提升科研人员的共享意识,培养农业科学数据管理的专业人才,探索农业科学数据共享的增值模式。

摘  要：
Under the background of the era of big data,scientific researches around the world will become increasingly dependent on the use of scientific big data.As an important scientific asset and public information resources,agricultural scientific data has an explosive growth.Therefore,it is important to integrate agricultural scientific data,improve agricultural scientific data management,and achieve agricultural scientific data sharing.The paper analyzed the necessity and challenges of scientific data sharing,and the measures to promote the sharing of agricultural scientific data under the background of the era of big data.We found that agricultural scientific data sharing was inseparable from the development of national laws and regulations,and the policy supports of relative research funding agencies.The government should pay full attention to the strategic position of agricultural scientific data sharing,solve the problem of property protection of agricultural scientific data,enhance the sharing awareness of scientific researchers,train professionals of agricultural scientific data management,and explore value-added mode of agricultural scientific data sharing.
