板栗果实生长与子房主要营养物质积累的关系研究

摘  要:
采用通径分析法研究了板栗果实生长与子房主要营养物质积累的关系。结果表明 ,正常栗总苞和坚果直径增长呈“双S”曲线 ,空苞栗总苞直径在花后 6 5d(7月下旬 )以前与正常栗没有明显差异 ,从花后 6 5d起一直比正常栗低 ;空苞栗坚果直径在花后 2 5d(6月中旬 )即开始比正常栗低 ,花后 45d(7月上旬 )后其增长停滞。空苞栗子房主要营养物质含量在花后 45d(7月上旬 )后开始下降或继续处于下降状态 ,而此时正常栗子房中主要营养物质呈上升趋势或稳定在高水平上 ,反映了幼胚发育期 (7月上旬至 8月上旬 )空苞栗子房营养供应严重不足 ,且空苞栗幼胚发育期子房中还原糖、淀粉、蛋白质、氨基酸和P、K素含量与正常栗差异较明显。正常栗总苞直径增长伴随着子房淀粉含量的显著积累和P素的消耗 (以淀粉积累的作用更大 ) ,而子房B素的消耗过程对总苞直径增长有加速作用 ;坚果直径的增长过程主要决定于子房淀粉的显著积累和蛋白质的消耗 (以淀粉积累的作用更大 ) ,而子房还原糖的积累和K素消耗对坚果直径增长具有加速作用 (以还原糖积累的作用更大 )。

摘  要:
The relationship between fruit growth and main nutritious substances accumulation in ovary of Chinese chestnut was studied with pathway analysis. The results showed that, the diameter growth of normal chestnut involucre and nut followed a Double S model. No obvious difference of involucre diameter was observed between empty shell chestnut and normal chestnut before the 65th day after bloom (late July). Later the nut diameter of empty shell chestnut started to be less than that of normal chestnut while nut diameter of empty shell chestnut had started to be less since the 25th day after bloom (mid June) and to be nearly at a standstill since the 45th day after bloom. The contents of main nutritious substances in empty shell chestnut ovary started to decline or maintained in a declining condition on the 45th day after bloom (the first ten day period of July), but those in normal chestnut ovary tended to increase or remain high level at the same time, which illustrated a serious lack of nutritious substances in empty shell chestnut ovary during the young embryo phase (from the first ten day period of July to the first ten day period of August). The contents of reducing sugar, starch, amino acids, potassium and phosphorus in empty shell chestnut ovary were obviously less than those in normal chestnut during the embryo developmental period. As to the normal chestnut, the diameter growth of involucre accompanied with a significant accumulation of starch and an obvious consumption of phosphorus in ovary (the starch accumulation was more important to the diameter growth of involucre), and the boron consumption in ovary played an accelerating role on it, while diameter growth of nut was depended on the obvious accumulation of starch and the consumption of protein in ovary (the starch accumulation showed more important to the diameter growth of nut), and the reducing sugar accumulation and potassium consumption in ovary played an accelerating role in it (the former was more important).
