超声辅助酶法提取石莼功能性寡糖关键工艺优化

摘  要:
基于单因素试验结果,采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计方案对超声波辅助酶法提取石莼功能性寡糖关键工艺进行优化。结果表明,超声波辅助酶法提取石莼功能性寡糖的优化工艺条件组合为纤维素酶使用量430 U/g石莼、提取料液比1∶30、超声提取温度50℃、超声提取时间1. 5 h,此工艺条件结合超声波功率450 W、pH 5. 0进行试验,获得的石莼可溶性糖提取率为12. 02%,经除多糖、蛋白质,石莼功能性寡糖提取率为2. 38%。

摘  要:
Based on single factor experiments,the quadratic orthogonal rotational combination design was adopted to obtain the optimal processing conditions of ultrasonic-assisted cellulose extraction for Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharide. Results showed that the optimal extraction processing conditions were cellulose dosage of 430 U/g,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 30( g/mL),ultrasonic temperature of 50℃,ultrasonic time of1. 5 h,extract solution pH of 5. 0 and ultrasonic power of 450 W. Under the optimal extraction processing conditions,the extraction yield of Ulva lactuca soluble carbohydrate was 12. 02%. Then,with subsequent polysaccharides and protein removing operations,the extraction yield of Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharides was 2. 38%.
