CO_2加富与钾素水平对黄瓜光合特性和生物量的影响

摘  要:
本研究在开顶式气候室,研究了CO_2加富和常规含量下(1 000和380μmol/mol)以及不同钾素水平(150、300、600 mg/kg)下,黄瓜各生育期叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等的变化及其相互关系。结果表明:(1)CO_2加富短期内(1~24 d)极显著提高了黄瓜光合作用,而加富后期(27 d)所有钾素水平的黄瓜均出现了光合下调/适应现象,其中150 mg/kg和300 mg/kg钾素水平的黄瓜叶片光合速率较大;(2)过高钾素(600 mg/kg)会抑制苗期(加富2 d)黄瓜光合作用,CO_2加富后期(27 d)则无显著影响,且增加钾素供应对缓解光合适应无影响;(3)CO_2加富前期,黄瓜气孔导度、蒸腾速率显著降低,水分利用效率提高,后期常规钾素水平(150 mg/kg)黄瓜气孔导度、蒸腾速率有增加的趋势;加富前期光合速率与气孔导度呈显著正相关,后期则无显著相关关系;(4)CO_2加富显著增加了黄瓜植株干重,高CO_2含量条件下增加钾素水平可继续增加生物量,但在自然CO_2含量下增加钾素水平黄瓜生物量则无显著变化。

摘  要:
The study in open top chamber was conducted to explore the changes of cucumber leaf net photosythetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and its relationship to each other under different CO_2concentrations( 1 000 and 380 μmol / mol) and K levels( 150,300,600 mg / kg). Results showed that:( 1) Early CO_2enrichment( 1 to 24 days) significantly increased the cucumber photosynthesis,later( 27 days) a down-regulation occurred on all K levels,of which 150 mg / kg and300 mg / kg K levels showed a slightly larger photosynthetic rate.( 2) High K levels( 600 mg / kg)could suppress photosynthesis in the seedling stage( 2 days) of cucumber plants,this inhibitory effect was eliminated after 27 days treatment of enriched CO_2,increasing K fertilizer found no signs that can alleviate photosynthetic adaptation on this study.( 3) Early CO_2 enrichment significantly reduced stom-atal conductance,transpiration rate and promote water use efficiency,the late the two photosynthetic parametres of cucumber under general K level( 150 mg / kg) increased. In early CO_2 enrichment,photosynthetic rate was significantly positively related to stomatal conductance,whereas there was no significant correlation the late.( 4) Enriched CO_2 concentration increased the dry weight of cucumber plant,and its biomass increase with higher K levels,while cucumber biomass between different K levels grown under ambient CO_2 concentration showed no significant difference.
