摘  要：
近年来,人们的思想观念和思维方式随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济体制的建立和社会生活的变化,也发生了巨大变化。我国公安院校图书馆工作人员也存在不愿意从事图书馆工作而愿意从事教学工作或公安机关其它业务部门工作的倾向,本文对产生这种现象的客观和主观原因进行了分析,并提出了解决的办法。

摘  要：
In recent years,with the promoting of reform and opening to the outside world and the establishment of socialist market economic system and changes in social life,people's thoughts and ways of thinking have changed greatly.There is a tendency those libraries' staff members in public security colleges and schools would like to do teaching or work in some departments in public security organs.This paper tries to analyze some objective and subjective reasons for this phenomenon and suggests some solutions.
