铁尾矿砂制备加气混凝土砌块的试验研究

摘  要:
对于利用铁尾矿砂制备加气混凝土砌块,通过试验找出了铁尾矿在原料中的最大配比,生产出符合国标要求的A5.0,B07级加气混凝土制品。研究了静停养护温度、静停养护时间、蒸压养护时间对制品强度的影响,从而选出了最优工艺条件,并进行了试验验证。

摘  要:
This article describes an experimental study ofusing iron tail sand to make aerated concrete block, and finds the largest proportion of iron tailings in raw materials through the test,thereby producing A5.0, B07class aerated concrete products which meet therequirements of national standard.And also it studies the static curing temperature,static maintenance time,autoclaved curing time of the strength of products through the experiment,so as to choose the optimal technological conditionsand conduct the test verification.
