杭州西湖景区梅家坞茶文化村美景度评价研究

摘 要：
为提高杭州西湖景区梅家坞茶文化村美景度,促进梅家坞观光旅游业可持续发展,运用SBE美景度评价方法进行评价。在对梅家坞茶文化村调查的基础上,共选取42张照片样本作为评价媒介,包括茶园、建筑及小品、园路、水系4种景观类型。利用Excel2003对数据标准化计算出SBE值及采用SPSS软件进行回归分析,建立统一与变化、协调与对比、均衡性、意境美4要素与美景度的回归方程,分析专业群体的审美偏好及影响梅家坞茶文化村美景度的显著因素。结果表明,专业群体对梅家坞茶文化村美感要素的审美偏好是意境美>统一与变化>均衡性>协调与对比,其中意境美、统一与变化对美景度的影响较大,而均衡性、协调与对比的影响较小。根据评价结果对梅家坞茶文化村的建设提出几点建议,使茶文化景观与茶叶生产相融合。

摘 要：
In order to improve scenic beauty of the tea culture village Mei-jia-wu,located within the scenic areas of the West Lake of Hangzhou,and to promote the sustainable development of the local tourism,scenic beauty of the village was evaluated by the SBE.Base on the investigation,42photos were selected as samples,including tea gardens,garden architectures,garden roads and waterscapes.Excel 2003was adopted to calculated SBE values,and SPSS was used to conduct regression analysis.The regression equations between unity with change,coordination with contrast,balance,artistic conception and the scenic beauty were established to analyze the aesthetic trends of professional group and significant factor impacts on the SBE values.The results showed that the significant factors' ranks from high to low were artistic conception,unity with change,balance,and coordination with contrast.According to the evaluation result,some suggestions be given to promote the combination of tea culture landscape with tea production.
