摘  要：
马铃薯产业在贫困地区精准扶贫中发挥着重要作用,但受自然灾害、价格波动、环境污染等风险约束,金融支持马铃薯产业扶贫可持续发展遇到瓶颈.文章运用普惠金融、绿色金融、供应链金融等政策工具,构建供应链金融扶贫模式,破解马铃薯产业风险约束,推动马铃薯产业扶贫可持续发展.

摘  要：
The potato industry plays an important role in precise poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas. Restrained by natural disasters, price fluctuations, environmental pollution and etc., the financial support in poverty alleviation through the sustainable potato industry development has encountered bottleneck. Some policy tools were used, such as the inclusive finance, green finance and supply chain finance, to construct the supply chain finance poverty alleviation model. The new model is helpful to overcome the risk constraints of potato industry and promote poverty alleviation through the sustainable development of the potato industry.
