N-取代苄基-N'-苯甲酰氧乙基哌嗪的合成

摘  要:
为寻找新的高活性哌嗪类化合物,根据药物拼合原理,试验设计合成了6个未见报道的哌嗪系列化合物(3a-f)。以哌嗪为起始原料,通过与取代苄氯反应得到1-(取代苄基)哌嗪1,1与苯甲酸-2-氯乙酯得到目标化合物(3a-f)。结果表明:改进了中间体1的制备方法,使用了异丙醇和水作为混合溶剂,实现了温和的反应条件,产率达到70%以上。结论:所有的化合物经IR、1 H NMR、MS及元素分析表征,证明了合成方法的可靠性。

摘  要:
To look for a new kind of piperazine with high activity,according to the amalgamation principle on pharmacology,6 piperazine derivtives which were not reported on documents were designed and synthesized.Piperazine as the raw material with substituted benzyl chloride to give 1-substituted phenyl piperazine 1,and then 1-substituted phenyl piperazine reaction with 2-chloroethyl benzoate to get the compound(3a-f).The results indicated that the synthetic method of intermediate 1 was improved,with mixed solvents of isopropanol and distilled water under easier condition to provide more than 70% of high yields.All of compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis,showing the reliability of this new synthetic method.
