摘  要：
Win-Web模式决策支持系统(DSS)将具有网络浏览功能和本机决策功能的人机界面与系统交互接口相结合,做到查询与决策分步加工。同时,具有人机界面结构简单,模块框架结构清晰,知识点表示简洁直接,辅助决策速度快,结果相对准确等优点。这种DSS模式较适合黑龙江省畜牧业应用群体的知识结构现状,更加有利于科学技术信息的普及和对生产的指导。

摘  要：
A DSS (decision support system) based on the Win-Web mode is introduced. Combining the functions of web browse and host decision, the performance of this system are that the inquiry and decision are asynchronies, the constitution of man-machine interface is simple, the structure of mode is clearance, the expression of knowledge point is clear and direction, the speed of assistant decision is fast and the relevant results is accuracy. This system adapts to the situation of stock breeding in Heilongjiang Province. Applied this system in such a field, there are some advantages in prevalence of the science information and instruction of production.
