员工职业心理状况调查问卷的编制

摘 要:
目的:对员工职业心理状况进行理论维度探索,编制适用于员工的职业心理状况问卷。方法:采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果:员工职业心理状况调查问卷由心理健康问卷六个因子和职业压力问卷七个因子构成,各维度的内部一致性系数为0.854-0.861、0.780-0.841,因子的累积贡献率为75.729%、59.671%。结论:员工职业心理状况调查问卷具有良好的信效度水平,符合科学测量的要求,可以应用于员工职业心理状况方面的测量,是心理学测量的有效工具。

摘 要:
Objective: To probe into the theoretical dimension of employees occupational psychology and to prepare a questionnaire of occupational mental status suitable for employees. Methods: Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results: The occupational psychological status questionnaire was composed of six factors of mental health questionnaire and seven factors of occupational stress questionnaire. The internal consistency coefficients of each dimension were 0.854-0.861,0.780-0.841,the cumulative contribution rate of factors was 75.729% and 59.671 %. Conclusion: The questionnaire of employee occupational psychological status has a good level of reliability and validity,which meets the requirements of scientific measurement,and can be applied to the measurement of employees occupational psychological status. It is an effective tool for psychology measurement.
