丙烯酸改性聚醚原油破乳剂的合成及其性能

摘  要:
本文针对克拉玛依油田现有原油破乳剂破乳效果不理想的现状,以多胺类嵌段聚醚为基础物,通过丙烯酸先酯化后聚合的方法进行改性.在预混合温度为120℃,酯化温度为85℃,酯化时间8 h,聚合温度85℃,聚合时间6 h,机械搅拌的最佳条件下合成了丙烯酸改性的OF系列破乳剂;采用红外光谱(IR)对其结构进行了表征,结果表明:在45℃下,改性后的OF115原油破乳剂在有效加药浓度减半的条件下破乳效果高于现有破乳剂.

摘  要:
In order to solve the poor effect of demulsifier in Karamay oil field, acrylic acid esterification and polymerization with the base material of polyamine block polyether to improve the dehydration effect, the modified demulsifier was synthesized under the optimum conditions of premixing temperature at 120 ℃, esterification temperature at 85 ℃, esterification time for 8 h,polymerization temperature at 85 ℃, polymerization time for 6 h, with mechanical stirring. The modified demulsifier was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and indicating the acrylic acid complete reaction. With a half effective dosing at 45 ℃,the demulsification effect was higher than the existing demulsifier.
